“Healthy sleep and less overthinking contribute to good health“. Overthinking and sleep disorders are known to be causes of obesity and deteriorating health, according to experts. A healthy lifestyle can greatly improve our well-being. It is not always easy to be healthy, as it may require more time and energy to exercise daily, as well as to prepare and afford healthy food. However, it is important to note that nutrition and exercise are not the only factors affecting health. Healthy sleep, which reduces stress, plays a significant role, accounting for approximately 80% of overall health.
Sleeping in a healthy way without thinking and staying away from staying up late is one of the most important reasons for good health.
Sleep is important for our health, When we don‘t get enough sleep it will increases the chances of having health issues like diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Less sleeping can affects on our thinking and health. It can make us eat too much and make unhealthy food choices. Not getting proper sleep can lead to obesity.
The nutritionist dr.Ramy from Yemen said: “sleep is more then a rest for body, actually while you’re sleep, your body remains active and continues to burn calories. Throughout this time, our body rebuilds muscles that we worn down during the day and removes toxins. In addition It can increase and regulate our emotional.
Despite the numerous benefits of healthy sleep and good mental health, exercise and diet also play crucial roles in improving overall health. It is recommended to base meals on high-fiber starchy carbohydrates, include fish, fruits, and vegetables, while reducing intake of saturated fat, sugar, and salt. Also at least 30 minutes of physical activity per day, for 4 or 5 days a week, is also important.
It is worth noting that a healthy diet does not necessarily have to be expensive. Simple and affordable foods such as yogurt, milk, fish, eggs, green tea, and long-grain rice can contribute to a healthy lifestyle.
In conclusion, adopting a health system that includes exercise, a balanced diet, healthy sleep, and good mental health can significantly improve our lives. Given the choice, why wouldn‘t we live a healthy life, free from diseases?
